    BUTTERFLY PRINT ONLINE is a professional  print company its head office and main printing houses based in the UK.
  • How do I get a price?
    Simple! Just use our , select the produce type of your choice (flyers, magazines etc). Then pick the quantity, the material you wish, etc. When you see the correct job specifications in each box, your price will be displayed. For help, move your cursor over the help bubbles on the headings. And if you wish to speak at any time or have additional questions, simply contact us.
  • Does the price include delivery?
    The price quoted in the box does not include delivery. To see the delivery cost, click on “send me a quote”, and it will be displayed for you.
  • What if I don’t see what I’m looking for?
    If you don’t see exactly what you need, be it a product, a different finish, a higher quantity, etc, just contact us, and we’ll get back to you.
  • How do I order?
    Fill out our quote form. When finished, it will e-mail you an “official” quote. If you would like to go ahead and order, simply forward us a copy of the quote emailed to you. Please ensure this contains correct details (such as contact number, delivery and invoice addresses.) If your art files are small enough, attach them to the email. If they are too large, we will send you details of upload tools.
    If you want to order but wish to speak to us first, that’s no problem either. Simply contact us.
  • What type of files do you take?
    We generally accept Hi Res PDF files. If you have any other software files, please call us first for more information.
  • What about proofs?
    A PDF proof will always be sent to you before we go ahead with your order. This is a copy of the file we will print from. We can also produce hard copy digital proofs, but there is an extra cost for this and it is usually unnecessary.
  • How long will my print job take?
    We offer the quickest turnaround for our price point; with Leaflets & simple jobs being turned around within 2 to 4 working days. Larger runs can expect to take 6 to 8 working days. Please contact us if you need your job faster.
  • How do we pay?
    Payment is required (on your approval of the proofs) prior to printing. Returning clients may explore establishing an account with us as well. Payment may be made by proprietary credit or debit card over the phone or by bank transfer.
  • Is VAT included?
    Brochures, flyers and magazines are not normally subject to VAT. For more details of VAT please go to http://customs.hmrc.gov.uk
  • What if there’s a problem with my order?
    We want you to be thrilled with your finished product. If there is any problem, contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the order. If Butterfly has made an error, we will reprint from the original files.
  • Tell me about your Guarantee.
    If something is wrong with your printing that is our fault, we will re-do the entire job from the original files. You will be satisfied with our work – period.
